TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Signature Only Cleaning Services policy is after 48 hours of the cleaning services provided. The client is responsible for going to the property to do a thorough review of the cleaning provided. Once the 48 hours has passed, we will not be held responsible for any cleaning services rendered. We will have open communication with the client, as soon as the job is completed. If for any reason the client isn’t satisfied within the first 48 hours of specified services. We will then return to the property, and go over the walk-through work sheet that we agreed upon for the following items to be cleaned. We want to satisfy our clients to the best of our ability we take pride in our work. But if the property has been cleaned for more than 48 hours, we will not be held responsible for the services provided or lack thereof. SICK POLICY: If you or your children get sick with a contagious illness (i.e. the flu, a cold, measles, chicken pox etc.) please call and reschedule your cleaning. Even though I disinfect your house, it is possible that I might transport germs to the next house or become sick myself. And to be fair to all of my customers I prefer to wait until you are well again. On my end, I may call in sick as well to protect you and your family. RESCHEDULING POLICY: Our schedules may not always coincide with each other, if one day we may need to reschedule our cleaning. Communication is key. Call, text or email as soon as you know there is a conflict and we’ll do our best to reschedule your cleaning at the next earliest convenience. I will do the same. LAST MINUTE FEE: Last minute service less than 24-hour notice, an additional $50.00 surcharge will be added on to your services.
